1. Digital content
Filter8 is supplied as digital content through downloads, serial keys, account access, and activation services.
If you are a consumer and you request immediate access during the 14-day cancellation period, you may lose the normal right to cancel once download, account access, or digital delivery begins, provided you clearly requested immediate access and acknowledged that loss of cancellation rights before access began.
This does not affect statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming digital content.
2. If you bought by mistake
If you bought Filter8 by mistake and have not downloaded, activated, redeemed, or used the licence, contact support within 14 days of purchase. Wahida Audio will review the request and, where appropriate, cancel and refund the order.
3. Faulty digital content
If Filter8 is faulty, not as described, or not fit for a purpose made clear before purchase, contact support with your order reference, system details, DAW, operating system, plugin format, and a clear description of the issue.
Where UK consumer law applies, the usual first remedy for faulty digital content is repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or not provided within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction, which can be a full refund in appropriate cases.
4. Compatibility issues
Before buying, check the supported operating systems, DAWs, plugin formats, architectures, and release notes. Unsupported systems, unsupported DAWs, third-party host problems, operating system changes, and user configuration issues do not automatically create a refund right.
Support will still try to help where practical, especially if the issue affects a supported setup.
5. Duplicate orders and fraud
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, contact support as soon as possible with both order references.
Refunds may be refused, delayed, or investigated where there is suspected fraud, licence sharing, payment abuse, chargeback activity, or breach of the Terms of Service.
6. Chargebacks and payment reversals
If a payment is reversed, charged back, refunded, or marked as fraudulent, the related licence, serial key, downloads, and activations may be suspended or cancelled.
Please contact support before opening a chargeback so the issue can be resolved faster.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and bank. Where VAT or tax was charged, the refund should include the applicable VAT or tax amount for the refunded part of the order.
8. How to request a refund or support
Email support@wahidaaudio.com or use the Support section in the customer portal.
Please include your order reference, account email, product name, operating system, DAW, plugin format, and a short explanation of what happened.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law.
